- REDUCED TORQUE AT IMPACT
- SUPER-SOFT TOUCH & FEEL
- EXTREMELY STRICT TOLERANCE LEVEL IN PRODUCTION
- IDEAL HOLDING THANKS TO IT’S ERGONOMIC DESIGN
- FANTASTIC COLOUR OPTIONS

It starts in production. Manufactured in Japan under very strict Quality Control guidelines. IOMIC grips are made to an extremely tight tolerance level. On other rubber grips, the tolerance level is wider, causing weight differentials and irregularities in ergonomics. This difference in weight and ergonomics is largely because of the highly specialised manufacturing process.
IOMIC’s tight tolerance level & manufacturing process results in a grip that weighs what is says it should whilst at the same time making it an extremely ergonomic grip.
IOMIC Golf Grips are made, for the main, from a material called Elastomer. This is the same material used to line windows in cars, making IOMIC Grips 100% impermeable.

Using Elastomer also means that IOMIC golf grips are 2/3 times more effective at repelling Ultra Violet rays - giving the grips a longer life span compared with ordinary, rubber grips.
Elastomer is also less spongy compared to rubber (when you look at rubber under a microscope it has pockets of air, similar to a sponge, that retain water and air giving poor friction). Elastomer has a much more ‘compact’ molecular structure allowing superior adhesiveness whilst at the same time dramatically reducing torque.
IOMIC also throw in a bit of IONISED POWDER to the Elastomer Polymer mix.
Negative Ionisation (or charged ionised powder in this case) promotes better blood circulation – think ‘Q-Link-in-a-grip’.
Lastly, and perhaps the most obvious, IOMIC grips can be made to ANY colour.
Elastomer starts out white but with a bit of dye added to it; you’ve got yourself a colourful grip! Rubber grips are restricted to certain colours.

How are they made?
IOMIC grips are made by a process called ‘injection manufacturing’. As the name would suggest, the Elastomer mix is injected into a mould, allowed time to set, then out pops a grip that is smooth and blemish free. This new process alone ensures IOMIC grips are produced to a much greater quality in terms of ergonomics and weight tolerance.
NB: Rubber grips are ‘wrap moulded’ and then scraped giving the finished product an uneven surface inside the grip.

Why does the butt of the grip feel harder than the rest of it?
In ordinary rubber grips, the hardness of the rubber is measured and remains the same throughout the grip. IOMIC feel that most twisting and torque occurs at the butt of the grip during a shot. To counteract this, IOMIC grips are made harder at the butt resulting in a more stable grip at the moment of impact.
